How does this work?

Our families call us and ask for help. Our care coordinators meet with them and find out all of the important information needed to determine the needs of the senior. After a detailed assessment, we work with your family to develop a care plan specific to you or your loved one.

I'm not sure which level of care I need?

There may be several options for you and your family to consider. That's where we come in! Based on the information we get from you we will help guide you in the right direction. It's as easy as that! In the process of aging, things change. We typically need to re-evaluate the situation frequently and modify our care plans as needs increase or as our clients improve.

Are your employees screened?

Yes. We do a detailed background check on every companion.

What if my companion started and I don’t feel we found the right fit?

Having someone in your home is very personal. Let your coordinator know your concerns and we will reassign you to a new companion. Our service is unlimited. We stay with you through the whole process!
