Carrots are a nutritious root vegetable that are a good source of numerous vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and fiber. They are also a food many seniors grew up eating and feel comfortable having on their menu. Executive Chef Henri Chazaud trains our caregivers to cook them evenly and to make them look more interesting with a simple diamond-cut. And he glazes them to add taste.
