Dinner For St. Patty's Day

It was St. Patty's Day and Caregiver Paula cooked up the ideal meal for Client Eunice of Clairmont. Of course, the menu included corned beef and cabbage. Then she added half a boiled potato and some carrots. A really tasty, balanced meal with high nutritional value, and topped with the holiday spirit. The aroma filled the house and as the song says, "It's A Great Day To Be Irish."
